十三月唱片正式成立，成为自上世纪九十年代初期台湾滚石唱片大力推行中国内地独立音乐/摇滚乐后，中国新音乐文化领域又一里程碑式的事件。同时，十三月唱片发起人，网络秀总经理、著名音乐人卢中强，著名音乐人龙隆和中国校院民谣先驱老狼三方最终达成一致，十三月唱片今后以中国民谣音乐为发展主线，以挖掘拯救濒临灭绝的民间音乐为己任，并以推广、传播、建立属于独立音乐自己的发声平台为最终目标。 June 13th , 2006, 13th Month Records was established. Since the 90’s when Taiwanese record company rolling stone started the independent music movement in China, 13th Month records is pose to take over the baton. This organization is headed by China’s leading music talents: Lu Zhongqiang, Long long, and folk rock pioneer Lao Lang. The mission of 13th Month Records will be to propagate and grow the seed of China’s independent music.
